Tip Manager automatically syncs with your POS to pull in all credit card tips and distributes them based on hours tracked on your Homebase time clock. Your tipped hourly rate is calculated based on the total amount of tips earned by your team and divided by the total number of hours they work.
This tipped hourly rate is multiplied by each employee’s hours to determine their share of the tip pool. Each employee’s tip outs then get added to your timesheets so you can run payroll without doing any math. You also have the flexibility to add in cash tips before you run payroll or update your policy any time your team changes.
