We’ve started to see more and more businesses using Homebase alongside internal tools and applications they’ve built themselves. Now, with the new Homebase API, we’ve made it easy to integrate your Homebase data into these internal tools.

API stands for “application programming interface,” and it’s essentially a map that helps two different software programs communicate with each other.

The Homebase API isn’t for everyone, and someone on your team will need to know how to program in order to use it. But if you’re looking to integrate your Homebase data with your custom software, or with a service we don’t already integrate with, the API will make the process painless. You can take a look at our API documentation here

The Homebase API is available to businesses on our Enterprise plan. To upgrade to Homebase Enterprise, contact our support team.

If we joined and chose enterprise could someone help us connect our Gravity Forms submissions as a trigger to POST new shifts?

Hi Harry! Thanks for commenting. Right now, we aren’t able to provide custom integration support. Based on our API documentation, I don’t think that particular use case is supported at this time, but I can pass it along to our team.

I’d recommend emailing our team at help@joinhomebase.com with your exact use case. With a little more information, we may be able to figure out a solution that works.
