Why isn’t the schedule showing up on my point of sale?

The two most common reasons the team schedule is not available on the point-of-sale are:

1. The schedules has been created, but no published. Please be sure to press the green Publish button in the top, right corner of the Schedule page.

2. The point-of-sale is not connected to the Internet. Please confirm your point-of-sale is connected to your wired / wireless network.
