How can I add additional wage rates and roles for an employee?

On the PLUS level subscription to Homebase, you have the ability to enter multiple wage rates for anyone on your team.

  1. Sign into your Homebase account at
  2. Select the Team page on the navigation bar
  3. Select the employee’s name to open their personal profile
  4. In their personal profile, select the Wages & Roles section
  5. Enter in their Default Wage Rate
  6. Select the +Add another wage rate link in blue
  7. Enter in the second wage rate
  8. Select the Type from the drop down menu
  9. Select the Role Name from the drop down menu (No roles to choose from? Go here to find out how to add roles!)
  10. In the upper right corner, select the Save Changes button to finalize
