Schedule Events

With our Essentials plan, unlock the Schedule Events feature to further take advantage of employee Scheduling on Homebase. From catering events, food truck meet-ups, to spring cleaning, input special Events into your team Schedule for your employees to see. Here is how to input special Events into your Homebase Schedule:

1.)  Log in to Homebase at http://joinhomebase.com

2.) Read more about our tiered payment system and upgrade to the Essentials plan here.

3.)  In the left-hand navigation bar, select the “Schedule” icon.

4.) At the top right of the Schedule page, select the “Options” button.

5.) In the drop-down menu, select “Create an Event”.

6.) Edit the date and type in “Event Title” and optional “Description”.

Here is how to edit/delete a Schedule Event:

1.)  Log in to Homebase at http://joinhomebase.com

2.)  In the left-hand navigation bar, select the “Schedule” icon.

3.) Edit the date-range at the top left to find your Event. Click the Event header.

4.) Click Delete/Edit.

5.) If deleted, your Event will no longer show on the Schedule.

6.) Edit date, name, or description and Save.

Here is how your employees will see the Schedule Event:

Employees are able to see Schedule Events both on the Web and on their mobile app for iPhone/Android.

Web:

Schedule on the left > Event will display at the top of the day for which it is scheduled.
