How do I edit an employee’s tip information?

Have you ever had an employee that forgot to insert their cash tips or maybe an error of some type occurred? Below you will find some steps as how to edit that information.


  1. Sign in to your Homebase account at
  2. Select TIMESHEETS from the top purple navigation bar
  3. At the top of the page, select the VIEW BY drop-down menu
  5. Select the DISPLAY drop-down menu
  6. Select the employee you wish to view
  7. Set the date range on the left to include the date(s) you wish to edit
  8. Select APPLY
  9. Find and click on the employee timecard that you want to edit. To pull up the Timecard Edit Window.
  10. In the pop-up Window.  Find the Cash Tips and Credit Tips field, and enter your amount.
  11. And then select the green SAVE button to finish
