Here is how an employee can accept/deny a Coverage Request via iPhone/Android Mobile App:
1.) Download the Homebase app from your App Store and sign in
2.) Click on the Requests icon in the navigation bar
3.) Select Trades, and then view the Incoming Requests section
4.) Approve or Deny the request
5.) Approve the request by clicking the green check mark.
6.) Deny the request by clicking the gray X
Once you choose to accept a Coverage Request, you will see a Pending Approval message until a manager approves or denies the request.
