Get more control over paid time off (PTO)
We’ve added more tools to help you set up and track PTO according to your business needs. You can now:
- Create separate policies for paid vacation and sick leave.
- Separately track FFCRA paid leave to help stay compliant.
- Use new accrual methods: Accrue by employee tenure and by pay period.
- Require sufficient balances for employees to be able to request PTO.
- Add additional policy settings, such as carryover limit and negative balance prevention.
